NEET 2017 Results

The Central Board of Education is set to announce the tentative results for NEET 2017 in the 1st week of June, 2017. The Board will conduct the entrance examination of NEET 2017 in the 1st week of May, 2017, and will release the list of  candidates who obtain the minimum required marks in the entrance examination. The allotment of the seats will be based on the NEET scores and the eligibility criteria of the state for all the medical admissions across the states. NEET is accepted by most of the colleges now, however there are a couple of more exams that are accepted for admission in medical colleges; namely, AIIMS and JIPMER. AIIMS is the most prominent medical exam and is also the most prominent college in the country.

The tentative dates for the availability of online applications for NEET 2017 – 2nd week of December, 2017 to 2nd week of January, 2017.

NEET 2017 Result Details:

The NEET 2017 result will display the details about:

  • Name, Date of Birth and Category of the Candidate
  • Marks secured in Biology, Physics and Chemistry
  • Total Percentile Secured by the Candidate
  • NEET Category Rank
  • NEET All India Quota Rank (for 15% Seats)
  • NEET All India Rank
  • Cut Off Score for counselling under All India Rank
  • Final Result of the Candidate

The Merit List for NEET 2017 will be prepared by the Central Board of Education (CBSE) for the National Level 15% Quota Seats. All universities will prepare their merit list based on the rank list given by CBSE after applying the rules of each state.
